Huaneng says nine-month power generation up 12.8 pct
HONG KONG, Oct 8 (Reuters) - Huaneng Power (0902.HK: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) (600011.SS: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) (HNP.N: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz), China's top independent power producer, said power generation for the first three quarters of 2008 increased by 12.73 percent, according to a statement on Hong Kong's stock exchange.
