PERTH, Aug 22 (Reuters) - Caltex Australia Ltd (CTX.AX: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz), the country's only listed oil refiner and marketer, said on Friday it was planning site-wide maintenance at its 105,000 barrels per day Lytton refinery in Australia's Queensland state in 2009.

Caltex Managing Director Des King told an analyst briefing that total transport fuel production was expected to reach 1 billion litres a month only in 2010 because of the Lytton maintenance. ($1=A$1.14) (Reporting by Fayen Wong)
