BRIEF-StatoilHydro maintains 2008 oil and gas output goal
OSLO, Aug 20 (Reuters) - StatoilHydro (STL.OL: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) said:
* It maintains the guiding on 1.9 million barrels per day of equity production for 2008 in the wake of a shutdown of the rich gas pipeline between its Kvitebjoern field in the North Sea and the onshore Kollsnes processing plant.
* The shutdown will impact StatoilHydro's production for the remainder of the year. The nearby Visund field will continue to inject gas during the shutdown and liquids will consequently be produced. Kvitebjoern liquids and gas production will be shut. (Reporting by Oslo newsroom)
