MONTREAL, May 16 (Reuters) - Canadian Auto Workers union members at three General Motors of Canada (GM.N: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) locations have voted in favor of a new three-year labor agreement with the company, the union said late on Friday.

The deal, based on an agreement ratified with Ford Canada (F.N: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) earlier this month, will see wages frozen, but includes some cost of living increases in the second and third years, as well as a comprehensive buyout package for workers set to be laid off.

"The agreement closely follows a pattern established at Ford two weeks earlier and includes product commitments by General Motors to both the Oshawa Car and Truck plant and the St. Catharines facilities," the CAW said in a statement.

The three locations in the province of Ontario included in Friday night's results were Windsor, St. Catharines and Oshawa. The final result of the votes will be released on Saturday, the union said. ($1=$1 Canadian) (Reporting by Robert Melnbardis; Editing by Anshuman Daga)
