New Issue-Jabil Circuit adds $150 mln in 10-yr sr nts
May 14 (Reuters) - Jabil Circuit Inc (JBL.N: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz), a Florida-based contract electronics manufacturer, on Wednesday added $150 million to its existing 8.25 percent senior notes due March 2018 in the 144a private placement market, said market sources.
The total amount of notes now outstanding is $400 million.
Citigroup Global Markets and JP Morgan were the joint bookrunning managers for the sale.
