NOTE - MOL MOLB.BU is Hungary's biggest company in terms of total sales and one of the biggest listed companies in Central Europe.
** In the first quarter of 2008, MOL had a one-off non-cash gain of 5.7 billion forints on a share option agreement with Magnolia Finance Ltd that dates back to 2006. This liability is revalued every quarter.
In Q1 2007, MOL had a non-cash gain of 0.5 billion forints related to Magnolia and also had a one-off gain on the acquisition of TVK shares. (Reporting by Krisztina Than; Editing by Andre Grenon)
