Vought Aircraft files for $250 mln IPO
WASHINGTON, May 16 (Reuters) - Vought Aircraft Holdings Inc said on Friday it is planning an initial public offering of as much as $250 million in common stock.
Lehman Brothers, Goldman Sachs & Co, JPMorgan will underwrite the IPO, according to a preliminary offering document filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
It is seeking a New York Stock Exchange listing under the symbol "VTC."
