Ferrrovial says to sell Belfast Airport to ABN
MADRID, Sept 6 (Reuters) - Spain's Ferrovial (FER.MC: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) said on Saturday it had reached a deal with ABN Amro Global Infrastructure Fund with the participation of Faros Infrastructure Partners to sell Belfast City Airport.
The sale for 132.5 million euros would generate a capital gain of 85.6 million euros, according to initial estimates, said Ferrovial in a statement. It hopes to close the deal at the end of the month. (Reporting by Sarah Morris)
