Europe stocks extend losses as Wall St trim gains
PARIS, Nov 21 (Reuters) - European stocks extended losses in late trading on Friday, as U.S. shares trimmed early gains on Wall Street but remained in positive territory.
At 1501 GMT, the FTSEurofirst 300 .FTEU3 index of top European shares was down 1.6 percent at 768.18 points.
Pharma stocks were taking a beating in Europe, with Novartis (NOVN.VX) down 6 percent and Roche (ROG.VX) down 4.3 percent.
