May 14 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals involving European, U.S. and Asian companies were reported by 2000 GMT on Wednesday.

** Deutsche Telekom (DTEGn.DE: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) has bought 25 percent in Greece's OTE (OTEr.AT: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) for 3.2 billion euros ($5 billion) after weeks of negotiating, boosting its presence in southeast Europe's telecoms market. ** TomTom (TOM2.AS: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz), the world's biggest maker of car navigation devices, won unconditional permission from the European Commission to buy its main map supplier, Tele Atlas (TA.AS: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz), for 2.9 billion euros ($4.5 billion).
