HOUSTON (Reuters) - ConocoPhillips (COP.N: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) 260,000-barrel-per-day (bpd) Wilhelmshaven, Germany, refinery was running "close to capacity," said James Gallogly, Conoco's executive vice president of refining, marketing and supply, said at the Reuters Global Energy Summit on Monday.
Production at the refinery was cut back earlier this year due to poor simple refining margins. The refinery was running at 80 percent capacity two weeks ago.
